In a 17^th Century stone house in the heart of the Normandy bocage, a completely renovated cottage welcomes you.
Set up in a house adjacent to the owner’s, it has all the modern conveniences combined with the charm of ancient things.
A capacity to house 5 people in a total surface area of 60 m² (646 ft²). There are guest rooms on the ground floor of this same building so, if necessary, the capacity of the cottage can be increased. The sea is 1km away and is accessible on foot across the dunes.
Ground floor: Fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, gas cooker, extractor hood, coffee maker, boiler, pressure cooker) opens into the dining room and the lounge. WC with hand basin.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds. One shower room with double basins, WC and shower.
Electric heating, TV, garden set and barbecue.
Bicycles and fishing equipment available.
Bed and bath linen can be rented, bread delivery, cleaning with additional fixed rate.
